Authorized Dealerships and Verified Private Sellers may opt in and out of receiving notifications via email for new messages and listing reaffirmation reminders via the Profile tab of their Dealership or Private Seller page.

We may use Your phone number to send You login verification codes for 2-Factor Authentication via SMS (text messages). When We send You login verification codes for 2-Factor Authentication, We will share Your phone number with Our third-party service provider. Please read their Privacy Policy for more information on their policies. You may opt in and out of receiving notifications for 2-Factor Authentication via SMS (text messages) via the Settings tab of Your user account page.

If You are an Authorized Dealership or Verified Private Seller, You must reach out to Your contact at the Cool Car Network to request that Your seller account be deleted before You can delete Your user account. The email address for Your Cool Car Network contact can be found in the Profile tab section of Your dealership or private seller account page. You may also contact Us to request that We delete all of Your Personal Information for You.

Vehicle Information

When You add a Cool Club ride or list a vehicle for sale through Our website, We collect vehicle information from You, including, but not limited to:

  • Images
  • VIN
  • Location (Only City and State available to public)
  • Year
  • Make
  • Model
  • Mileage
  • Powertrain details
  • Description
  • Accessories, etc.
Use of Your Vehicle Information

We use Your Vehicle Information to provide Our website services, including providing Our Cool Club and Our online marketplace listings.
